Monday, 1/20: We will have practice at 4pm at UCD



    Beginning in December, we are offering early-season conditioning program for track and field athletes in grades 6-12.

    The High School program meets four days as week, and the 6-8 program meets twice per week.  

    The workouts are designed to prepare youth athletes for the rigors of their respective school track and field programs in the following ways:

    *Developing aerobic and anaerobic energy systems, depending on an athlete's event, through a sequential, individualized workouts.

    *Developing elastic and maximal strength.

    *Building core strength, balance, and flexibility.

    *Developing mechanics that are transferable to track and field events.
